RARE Crane Fly Polymera magnifica Plumose Antennae & More BALTIC AMBER 2757

Baltic amber stone with fossil insect - rarely seen superb preserved crane fly Limoniidae, Polymera magnifica with great long plumose antennae, well preserved caddisfly Trichoptera and nice looking vestiges of giant mayfly Ephemeroptera.

It weighs 4.8 grams. Measurements of stone 41x30x6mm, length of crane fly body and head ~ 2.8mm, wingspan 7mm, vestiges of mayfly body ~ 18mm.
