OSMYLIDAE Protosmylus Extremely Rare Neuroptera BALTIC AMBER 2392

Baltic amber stone with fossil insect - extremely rare lacewing Osmylidae, Protosmylus and lot of smaller dipterans and wasp in the piece. Only about ten of these lacewings were found in Baltic amber so far..

It weighs 29.1 grams. Measurements of stone 72x47x16mm, length of insect body and head ~ 7.2mm, wingspan  ~ 24mm.
