MILLIPEDE w PREY or PARASITIC WORM in BALTIC AMBER 66

Baltic amber stone with great large millipede Synxenidae, wich has  some prey between legs maybe larva ? or parasitic worm Nematoda coming out of it.

It weighs 3.4 grams. Measurements of stone 34x30x5mm, length of millipede ~ 5mm.
